Rosseau Memorial Hall was constructed in 1924 to commemorate local veterans of the First World War. It serves as a community hall with a local library branch, public washrooms, a catering kitchen, and a stage for performances.
As successful proponents of the RFP for its centennial revival, we worked with the township to develop various schematic design options for the future of the hall which included facilitating community engagement initiatives, organizing focused stakeholder working groups, and developing online surveys for seasonal residents.
In my role as project manager, I coordinated a team of sub-consultants, met with the client team on a regular basis, presented the Schematic Design to council for approval, and prepared a comprehensive set of drawings in Revit for Building Permit submission.
